The founder was the single point of failure. Every decision flowed through Odin, from hiring and logistics to campaign briefs and creative production, which meant strategic thinking was constantly buried under operations. The budget was not balanced between building new demand and capturing existing demand, tracking had a significant lag, and execution was breaking the brand identity in the pursuit of short-term performance.

We took over Paid Social, Paid Search, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing and Consulting and Strategy, creating a commercial infrastructure that connects finance, branding and execution. Budget management shifted to a diminishing returns model, content scaled across three fixed formats, and Triple Whale plus ProfitMetrics replaced gut-feeling decisions with a clear profit-based view of what was actually driving demand and what was just harvesting it.
