Challenge

The paid social account was messy, copy was weak, and there was no creative testing framework. TikTok had been shut down based on a flawed performance read, despite previously delivering strong results. Tracking was broken across all platforms, Google Ads was underperforming due to a weak product feed and insufficient spend, and there was no synergy between channels making it impossible to understand what was actually moving the business.
Solution

Paid social was rebuilt with a scalable campaign structure and a testing framework making creative iteration faster and cheaper. TikTok was reintroduced as a core channel. Tracking was overhauled across Meta, TikTok and Google with Conversion API, advanced matching and event deduplication. On Google, a CSS partner was added via DataFeedWatch, the product feed was optimised with better titles and segmentation, PMax campaigns were introduced, and display advertising was added to strengthen brand awareness and improve conversion rates through retargeting throughout the funnel.
